Enable quick launch on Windows 7

Quicklaunch, one of my favourite features got neutered.

To bring back this functionality:

• Right-click on the taskbar.
• "Toolbars"
• "New Toolbar"
• Select the folder "C:\Users\YOURACCOUNT\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch".
• Drag the toolbar to the location of choice.
• Start dragging shortcuts into the quick launch!
